The activity page provides you with a simple overview of what has recently been changed or updated on your panel. It does this via showing you new alerts, an latest activity log and recent panel feedback.
Note: For access to all the activity pages you will require Site Manager role permissions. For users with lower access permissions you will only be able to view the Alerts tab. See further details on permissions here: Permissions chart – ArcSett.

Understanding the Activity Page:
When accessing the activity page, you will have the option of selecting one of three pages (depending on your permission levels). The 3 pages/ tabs to access are:
- Alerts: What the current alerts are for that panel.
- Panel Logs: What activity has recently occurred on that panel.
- Panel Feedback: What recent feedback has been submitted via that panel.
Alerts:
The alerts tab will display any active alerts currently being experience by that panel. This will include all faults and warnings. For each alert you will be able to see the zone it applies to, the date the alert was triggered, the type of alert and a description. You are also able to suppress alerts on this page.
Panel Logs:
The panel logs tab will display the most recent transactions that have been made on this panel. For each activity it will display the timestamp, what the action taken was, the user role who did the action and if it was for a specific zone. There is also a details button that will bring up a separate window with further information.
Note: The panel logs will display a maximum of 100 transactions, and only transaction pertaining to the last 3 months.
Panel Feedback:
The panel feedback shows you recent feedback submitted via the smiley and sad faces on the main dashboard. On this screen you will be able to see the timestamp, the type of feedback and any associated comments.
