About Air Conditioning Settings: 

Our Energy Controls have the ability to connect to Air Conditioning (AC) Units.

When connected, our system takes over from the prebuilt controls in the AC unit, allowing us to provide centralised control and optimisation, working similarly to our traditional heating controls.

In this article, we will walk you through the settings available to an AC unit.

Navigation:

To navigate to the Air Conditioning Settings screen:

1. Log in to the panel using your 6-digit PIN
2. Click the navigation logo in the top left hand corner of the panel
3. Select Settings from the drop down menu
4. Select the Air Conditioning Settings option

Understanding the Air Conditioning Settings:

Air Conditioning Settings are typically controlled different to our standard heating controls. In order to account for the difference in control settings we have a bespoke settings page to help manage this. 

The Min Temperature is the coldest the aircon settings can be set to in the day patterns.

The Max Temperature is the maximum temperature the aircon settings can be set to in the day patterns. 

The Max Override Time is the maximum amount of weekly time that the system will allow itself to be overridden whether this be overridden on or off.
