Permissions chart

About the Permissions:

As part of the Energy Control solution we offer role based access. This ensures that only people with relevant permissions can access specified menu's and make changes accordingly. In order to govern these user roles we have a permissions chart that highlights which roles have with permissions enabled. 

Navigation to User Roles:

To understand the user access and roles, you can view the users page. This is found by:

1. Log in to the panel using your 6-digit PIN
2. Click the navigation logo in the top left hand corner of the panel
3. Select Settings from the drop down menu
4. Select the Add Users option
5. View the users and configured user roles (and associated permissions).

Note: You can also view user roles as part of the login page. 

Understanding the Permissions: 

The ArcSett Energy Controls application has a basic role-based access authorisation system.

Panel Users are assigned to a role which then determines which individual permissions the user is granted.

The application can control access to its various functions, screens, parts of screens, or individual form fields, either by role or by permission.

To change your user role type, see the navigation items above. If there is no longer a user with 'Site Manager' level access at site please contact the ArcSett support team.
