About the Override Chart:
There are four different charts you can view to access more historical information about the various zones connected to the panel. The fourth of these is the Override Chart. This shows us when a user has enforced a browse-screen override.
Navigation:
To navigate to the Override Chart screen:
- Log in to the panel using your 6-digit PIN
- Click the navigation logo in the top left hand corner of the panel
- Select charts from the drop down menu
- Select the override chart option
Understanding the Override Chart:
When accessing the override chart you will see something like the below:
The blue line represents the cumulative number of minutes an override has been active since the last Monday at midnight. To simply read this chart, if the line is flat, no override is active. If the line is incrementing, an override is active. The count on the left (y-axis) is minutes. The horizontal (x-axis) shows the time range.
Note: Between Sunday and Monday at midnight, the blue line will always drop back to 0.
You can use the button in the top left hand corner to choose a zone. Additionally, you are able to use the buttons along the bottom of the chart to switch between views for 1 day, 2 days, 7 days, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months. you can also use the select button to choose a specific time-frame.
Holding your cursor over the line will bring up a pop-up so you can see the exact readings at the point your cursor is referencing on the chart.
Whilst the outstation is constantly monitoring the various temperatures to ensure controls are always optimised, the panel records this information in half hour increments. Thus, for a single day, you will see 48 readings, one each half hour.
