Viewing your energy data:
Our Energy Controls are set up so you can view and export data from your site.
If you would like a quick look at some data there is information on how. Below this, we will show you how to export the information into an excel file.
Viewing via the charts:
First you need to log onto your Energy Controls via the online portal. Note: You will need to make sure you have manager privileges.
There are 4 types of charting available to view in the panel, see below:
- History will demonstrate the target temperature, zone temperature and external temperature recorded in each zone you have.
- Consumption will demonstrate to you whether the heating is on and how long it is on for.
- Door Switch will demonstrate how long the door it is attached to is open, it will only appear on the zone it is connected to so make sure to look through and choose the right one.
- Override will highlight to you if someone has used the override codes to alter the system and how long it has been used for.

Export your data into an excel file:
You can also download an export of the data, from the half hourly data samples that are collected. This will be generated into an excel file and will include a breakdown of the data. See an example of the data export screen below:
Unless you are pulling data from a AC Unit, you want to make sure you have selected outstation controlled.
Note: If the download displays an error message, this is likely because too much data has been selected. In this instance you will need to either shorten the data range, or the number of data points included (number of zones, or data categories).
