Read on further for more details.
Introduction:
This article will go through how you log in to the energy control panel.
You can login to the panel via either finding the physical panel at your site, or via the remote access options using the ArcSett portal.
Please note that when at the physical panel you will be able to view the main dashboard. However, for making changes and updates, as well as viewing more data, you will need a log in.
Note: Even if you are logged into the online portal, you will still need to log in to individual panels to make changes.
Navigation:
In order to log in to the panel (either via the physical controls at site or via the portal) you will need to:
1. Access the Panel.
2. Select the ArcSett Logo in the top left hand corner.
3. Select your user profile.
4. Type in your 6 digit PIN.
Logging into the Panel:
To access the panel remotely, you will first need to log in to https://portal.arcsett.com. If you are only logging in to the panel locally, you can skip that step.
Please remember that both your username AND password are case sensitive, so be sure to use the exact login details which were provided to you when your account was set up.
1. Click the ArcSett logo in the top left hand corner of the panel and select Login.
2. Choose your username and enter your six digit code.
Once logged in, you will see a few more options in the drop-down menu, and your username will appear in the top right-hand corner of the panel.
Please note, after 10 minutes of being idle, you will automatically be logged out.
Validation of Outputs:
In order to validate that you have been able to successfully log in, you can select the ArcSett logo in the top left hand corner of the panel. When selecting this you should be presented with a number of menu items. Additionally at the bottom of the list you should have an option to 'logout'.
If these items aren't appearing and you can still only see the main dashboard, this means you have not been able to login to the panel.
