About the Panel Dashboard:
The Panel Dashboard is the default display when accessing any panel. It contains high level information about the panel without any login required.
Navigation:
No navigation is required to access the panel dashboard, simply find the panel and the dashboard will display by default.
Understanding the Panel Dashboard:
The ArcSett panel has a dashboard that is visible to all users at site.
From this screen, you can log into the panel, access panel information, view a snapshot of data, as well as understand if there are any faults. A detailed breakdown is provided below.
This is the screen that will first be visible to you once you are logged into your ArcSett Energy Controls online from which you can manage the panels remotely.

You can click the ArcSett logo to log into the panel, view a sitemap (if one has been added), or navigate back to the dashboard. Once you are logged in using your 6 digit PIN, you will then also be able to access other areas of the system such as the calendar and the charts depending on your user permissions. | 2 | This is the panel name. It should give you an indication of where this Control Panel is installed or is being used. We will assign the panel name on installation but if you would like to make a change, just let our support team know and we can update it for you. |

This is the signal icon - sometimes referred to as the shark fin icon. This will give an indication of the signal strength of the panel. Clicking this icon will give you even more information about the panel and the signal, including the IP address and whether the panel is connected using 4G or an external router. This is a copy of the heating chart which is available once you log in. the heating chart will show the recorded temperatures from the external sensor for the site, the internal sensor for the zone and the target temperature. The chart on the dashboard will cover the past 7 days. This chart will cycle through each zone periodically. More information on charts can be found here. |
| 5 | This section shows the outside temperature as measured by the external temperature sensor, and then a two day forecast for the city in which the panel is installed. |
| 6 | This section will give you a quick snapshot of anything which needs to be checked. Each element is an interactive widget which you can click to go to a screen which will give you more details about alerts, messages and updates. These widgets are only "clickable" if you are logged in. |
| 7 | This section will direct you to avenues of support. The QR code will help you to navigate to this knowledgebase. The four-digit reference code quoted here is a unique reference for your control panel and can help our support team locate your device with greater ease when quoted alongside a query. |
| 8 | You can use the feedback icons here to let us know how everything is going! Clicking the icons will then allow you to add comments if you wish to provide specific feedback about the products and/or services we provide. |
