1	How do I reset my online portal password?	You can reset your online portal password by contacting our support team and requesting a password reset.	Contact Us
2	How do I reset my panel pin number?	If your user permissions is at a Site Manager level, you can reset user pin numbers by going to the Settings page of the panel. You can reset your panel pin by contacting our support team and requesting a pin number reset.	New User
3	How do I override equipment behaviour?	The primary way to make an override is by accessing the browse screen, selecting the relevant zone and applying an override.	Applying Overrides
4	How does a heating engineer service the system?	A HVAC engineer is able to service any onsite HVAC equipment by using a service override. A service override will allow the HVAC Engineer to force on equipment for 30 minutes.	Service Codes
5	Do you service the control system?	Yes – We service our control system. This will require an appropriate service agreement in order to receive this benefit. Typically, if it’s included in your service agreement we will service annually.	Service Agreements
6	How do I know if my heating is switched on?	You are able to view if any heating equipment is switched on by accessing the browse screen. On the browse screen if the associated output/ status lights for the equipment are illuminated then the heating is on.	Browse Screen
7	How do I configure the weather compensation?	You are able to configure the weather compensation set up with the zone settings page. On this page you will be able to set if the compensation strategy is switched on, and at what temperatures it triggers.	Stop Mode
8	How do I change the equipment behaviour?	You can change the daily equipment behaviours by accessing the day patterns menu and configuring the applicable day pattern. Note: This will change the behaviour for all zones with that day pattern. For example, a heating day pattern will allow you to configure variables such as the start time, end time and target temperatures.	Day Patterns
