How to access the online portal

As part of our Energy Control solution we facilitate remote access control via a dedicated online portal. You can access the control panels remotely via https://portal.arcsett.com/.

This article will go through how you can access the online portal and the ability to remote access the control panels.

In order to access the online portal, you can select the following link: https://portal.arcsett.com/. 

Configuring a New Portal User:

For a new user looking to access the online platform, you will need to contact our support team so that we can securely set this up. For remote access (via a web browser), please ensure a user with Site Manager permission gets in touch. They will be required to specify - for the new users: 

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Which panels the user should have access to
• What access permissions should be set up for this user for each panel

Once the new user is set up, we will email login details to the new user directly where remote access has been set up.

Validation of Outputs:

In order to validate the outputs please log on to the online portal using the URL (as shown above). We will provide the new user with the relevant password. They will also use their email address to log in.
