Introduction:
This article will go through how you can view the status of a zone and what the various status elements mean.

Navigation:
In order to add a new user to the panel (the physical controls at site), you need to have access to the control panel. Once you are at the panel:
1. Select the ArcSett Logo in the top left hand corner.
2. Log in to the control panel using your 6 digit PIN.
3. Click the Logo again and choose browse.
4. Select to expand the relevant zone.
5. View your status.
Viewing the Status of a zone:
In order to view the status of a zone and the associated equipment under its control you would typically access the browse screen.

The browse screen will allow you to see the type of equipment it is, as well as its current status (on/off) and any saving strategies currently active.
You may also wish to check the status of a zone by:
- Checking if there are any active alerts for that zone: This can be done by viewing the activity pages. Activity page – ArcSett.
- Checking the charting for that zone: This can be done by viewing the charting page, in particular the history charts. The history chart – ArcSett.
- Checking the zone settings for that zone: This can be done by viewing the zone settings. Zone settings – ArcSett.
Validation of Outputs:
There is no change to validate as part of viewing the browse screen. However, if any of the status information seems incorrect, please get in touch with our support team to discuss further at arcsett@support.com.
To know the status, always refer to if the button is illuminated for the various item in questions, additionally the outstation inputs will always display what is active.
