Air Conditioning Control
The ArcSett Energy Controls are able to provide control for any connected onsite air conditioning units. By integrating with existing AC equipment, the system takes over from the built-in controls, allowing you to manage air conditioning in the same way as traditional heating zones.
Control Offered
Our Energy Controls connect air conditioning units to the centralised energy management system, ensuring cooling is only used when and where it is needed. This provides full integration alongside heating, lighting, and other onsite equipment for a complete energy-saving solution.
Equipment Symbol
Any AC zone connected at your site will be clearly distinguished by the air conditioning symbol on our control panel, as shown below.
Settings
The air conditioning control solution offers a variety of configurable settings to manage temperature and override limits. To access the AC zone settings, log in to the panel using your 6-digit PIN. Then, click the navigation logo in the top left-hand corner to open the dropdown menu, and select Settings. Once on the settings screen, navigate to Zone Settings to configure your AC zones.
Available settings include:
- Min Temperature – The lowest temperature that can be set within the day pattern schedule.
- Max Temperature – The highest temperature that can be set within the day pattern schedule.
- Override Time – The maximum amount of time per week that a zone can be overridden (either ON or OFF).
If you have onsite air conditioning units that would benefit from being connected to our energy controls, you can contact us now at support@arcsett.co.uk. If you already have Energy Controls installed, it will be easier to integrate your AC units as the central intelligence and control point is already in place.
