Service Packages are concerned with the product software and broader service benefits you get from ArcSett. These are a paid for service above and beyond the physical product hardware that has been installed at site. 

Service packages introduction

Service Packages are for the product software and broader service benefits you get from ArcSett. They ensure you are getting the best service from us and maximise the benefits from your solution, as well as maintaining system security, access and other service benefits. 

When a service package is required

A service package is required by all customers to continue benefiting from the software services and broader ArcSett support. This includes (but is not limited too) remote access capabilities, software updates, bug fixes, operational support, engineer call outs, and account management. 

If you were to stop an existing service agreement you would lose all benefits that come with that service package type, this may impact some of the savings strategies delivered by the system. 

Note: The service agreement is not concerned with the physical hardware at site.
