Outstation Lockout alert renamed to Equipment Fault |
Feature |
An alert called “Outstation Lockout” can occur for a number of reasons, with only one being a legitimate equipment lockout being triggered. This alert has therefore been renamed to be more consistent with what causes the alert to be raised. |
Weather API stability |
Feature |
For panels with no external weather sensor OR a weather sensor that is no longer operating correctly, the panel falls back to an internet weather service report for the location. On occasion this can cause performance issues if multiple panels request this at the same time. We have conducted optimisation of this feature to improve reliability. |
Cooling difference in zone settings now only appears when valid |
Feature |
We previously showed the “Cooling Difference” option in the Zone Settings menu irrespective of whether the zone configuration used it, causing confusion. This setting will now only appear if there is a legitimate way of the zone actually using the value. |
Panel software version |
Feature |
On the portal, when using the “shark fin” for a panel this previously only reported the version of software that the portal itself was on. This has been updated so it reports the last known version of software the panel is using. This will make it easier to see remotely if it’s running the latest software. |
Single zone dashboard refresh |
Fix |
In some instances, a panel with a single zone would not refresh the data on the dashboard unless interacted with. This will now refresh correctly. |
Multiple reliability and performance improvements |
Fix |
We have gone through a major round of identifying opportunities for improving reliability and performance of both the portal and panel systems. There are around 50 of these being deployed as part of this release. |
The new release also includes upgrades to data, reporting and the remote access portal, as well as bug fixes not related to any current external customer-facing functionality.
We are committed to ensuring that our system works seamlessly, and that the services we continue to provide, and the new services we put in place are useful and geared towards your business needs.
